The new Android Intercom
I am proud to announce the completely renewed Android Intercom. There is no more separation between Bluetooth and WiFi. Both technologies are managed on the same screen. And all can talk each other. Now there are 5 voice detection levels that should fit your environment noise. Voice detection is now the favorite input method but PTT is still present. If enabled there will be shown a PTT button on the bottom of the screen and volume buttons will work as PTT buttons too. A "Donate" option is now in the menu for those of you who want to help. As always, you can report at support@androidintercom if you have problems or need some help. Enjoy it! |
Wifi mode updated!
Many people informed me about some devices not working in wifi mode. Those devices have a built-in lock to prevent them to listen broadcast traffic. Android Intercom uses a lot of broadcast because it is the best way to communicate one-to-many. With the new release those devices will be able participate in talk. Hopefully :) You need to update all devices to the latest version. Many thanks to all you informing about bugs, problems and helping me finding problems! |
Bluetooth and Wifi
The new release now supports Bluetooth and Wifi communications. Up to 3 users at the same time can talk in Bluetooth mode and up tu 11 in Wifi mode. Now it is possible to configure the microphone to have a more accurate volume bar. Hope you enjoy it. |
Android Intercom Beta is out!
Android Intercom is finally out. It is in form of free beta release, so you can test already how it works. We would like to hear anything you have to say about the app. |
